Title: John Shaw and Mary Bradley
Post by: campingdave on Friday 07 December 18 19:29 GMT (UK)
Looking for details of any children of John Shaw (born around 1704) and Mary Bradley who married on 26 May 1727 at Sandal Magna, Yorkshire. My research so far has unearthed one child Henry Shaw who was born around 1738/1740.

Also any information on the birth of John Shaw.

From Free Reg.
Baptisms. All children of Henry Bradley of Pledwick. Baptised Sandal Magna.
Jno 1701, Henry 1702, Mary 1704, George 1707, Prudence 1709, Elizabeth 1711, William 1713, Jonathan 1715.
Could this be Mary's family? - 6 names ( 5 found by Bumble and the John I found, repeated in next generation?)

Not sure how "widow" Bradley fits in.

Thanks for the information But let and Brentor boy. I had found the Royston baptisms but was not sure how far it was from Sandal Magna where John was baptized.l had assumed that John and Mary must have lived with Mary's mother (widow Bradley) when John was baptized.

Again thanks for your valiant efforts  ;D
