I took this photo of my father when I was about 10 years old. It was very special to me because he became ill and passed away not long after. He was only 42. I would appreciate any improvement. His hair was light. It was a cheap camera and Gratispool developed the film.
Thanking you ,

Thanks Handypandy. .Very much appreciated. Colour is good.
Yes it is a prefab. Humble little house but very cosy in winter and they even had a fridge in them. I remember the nisson huts too. Good old days.

Hi Xin,
We have all moved up in the world since those days.Your idea of looking for the negative got me thinking. I have the original photo. I sent the scan my cousin sent me.
Attached new scan from my photo which may be in better condition.

A little prefab story.
Back in the 1960s, close to where I lived, an enterprising chap acquired an old prefab just as it was about to be demolished. He dismantled it, reassembled it on his land and whilst living in it, built a bungalow around it then demolished the remainder of the prefab on the inside and carried it out through the front door! This was the RESULT (https://www.dropbox.com/s/fb1lqmtlo6ggzpw/bungalow.jpg?dl=0)

I would have married him .... if he asked ....
