Title: Ryder/Gee marriage 1821
Post by: Gerry on Saturday 08 December 18 16:50 GMT (UK)
George Ryder married Ann Gee on 18 February 1821, St John's Church, Dronfield.   Is there anywhere  I can find or look up more details of this marriage?   In particular I'm looking for the father of George which might enable me to go back another generation of the Ryder family.  Also Ann's father.   Grateful for help.

Baptisms Chesterfield, St Mary and All Saints, Derbyshire

Parents George Ryder, a Forgeman & Anne. Abode Brampton

Thomas Ryder 12 Jan 1825
William Ryder 2 Feb 1827 – also recorded at Saint Peter, Old Brampton, Derby

My guess is that Ann Gee was the daughter of Nathaniel Gee of Chesterfield, her baptism on
9 October 1796 was recorded at Dronfield, Derbyshire & Holmesfield, Derbyshire.
