Can anyone help I am trying to find the occupants of 8 Church Street Dalton in Furness in 1881 and 1911 I have found them in 1891 and 1901 the houses are still standing so know they would have been there in 1911 also think they would have been there in 1881 but not 100% sure
Thank you Sue

On Ancestry, you can search 1911 by street name and FindMyPast all other censuses too, I think.
Unfortunately, we can’t post details re 1911 except for what is freely available in the indexes.
Do you mean you have the same family in 1891 and 1901? What name is it?
-
The householder of that address in 1911 was not born until after 1881. There is an older relative but I suggest you search the 1911 by name rather than address
-
No its not the same family I'm look for heywood Im looking for a friend who is interested in who lived in the house she lived in as a child I belong to Find My Past and as I said can't find the house in 1911 or 1881 for some reason Sorry forgot about the 1911 rules

Try getting a copy of the property deeds from
https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry
Will cost approx £3.25 if you fnd them

I use Ancestry and just put in Dalton in Furness as the residence location and then Church St in the address box. I did not use the number
-
I must be doing something wrong tried all ways or for some reason it's not on Find my Past very strange in 1911

I keep getting Dalton Reg District Huddersfield Yorkshire
-
I'm not familiar with FindMyPast but Ancestry asks "Lived in" which translates as place they were living in 1911 so I put Dalton in Furness
Street address - Church St which brings up several entries and you have to scroll through each to establish the address
-
Will have another go thank you
-
Got it in 1911 at last Thank you for all your help
