Hello
I am hoping someone can help. Emrys J Lewis (born?) and Lilian (Lily) Muriel Lewis (nee Bowen born 1917) both from Llanelly died tragically in Canada, circa 1978 according to family recollections. There are different accounts of how they died, both tragic, one account is because of a skiing accident the other due to some logs from a lorry crushing their car. I am hoping newspaper articles from the time might give exact details. Searching on line I have found this https://lethbridgeherald.newspaperarchive.com/tags/emrys-james-lewis/ which refers to an article in the Lethbridge Herald, Alberta from 23May1980, which sounds highly likely it refers to them.
I was wondering if anyone subscribes to this or similar Canadian newspapers that might give the details and let me know what the article says.
Kind regards

Thank you very much Sandra.
Reading the death certificates is very sad though, much more tragic than I thought it might be

Yes, it is a sad one. Had no luck with the newspaper article but hopefully someone might have a sub and can get it for you.
Good Luck
