Title: Google search.
Post by: o doubghaill on Tuesday 15 January 19 21:28 GMT (UK)
When I put a search question on my search page (not Google) it is followed by the Google search page asking me to put in the same information.  How do I get rid of the Google search page from appearing?

You have to set the one you want as default.  Not sure if you can disable google.  Hopefully someone with more knowledge will be along soon!  What search page are you using?

I use Mozilla Firefox and Windows 10 and if I click on the search icon in the search box at the top right hand side of the page I have open, it gives me an option to choose a different search engines.  I deleted quite a few as I wasn't interested in them, but having clicked on the icon there is also an option "Change Search Settings" If I click on that it takes me to a different page where there is a topic Default Search Engine.  Mine is set as Google, but if I click on that I have a choice of 6 search engines including Bing.

Hopefully, there is something similar on the website you use.
