Hello, I am looking for some help again, please. The record is I think my great grandmothers baptism - name Eliza Delaney - Date 13/5/1850. It's her mothers name I am trying to find out. I think it is Franey. I have found other records which could be siblings with different spellings of the name i.e. Freney, Fraynay.
The reason I need to check this is because according to her death certificate in Scotland her maiden name is Rennie and I can't find any connection to a Rennie in the records. So I was wondering if it was possible that the Irish Franey etc could be mistaken for Rennie by the Scottish registrar.
I am not very good at explaining things so I hope this makes sense.
As this is the beginning of my family tree I would appreciate any help or pointers.
Thank you.

Hello. Yes it's in it. It's the Ballyragget parish records that's on page 2 of my topic of Delaney - Condron below this one. I think the records start from 1845.
Thank you

Hello
I got the parish wrong Hallmark , sorry I am such an idiot. As Luimneach states it should be Mayo and Doonane. Yes I've found eight records that could be siblings.
Do I have to start a new subject for Mayo and Doonane.
Thank you both
