I've noticed that a few posters have asked questions about Lyon families in Lincolnshire. There may be a connection to my Asher family in Nottingham....I've found connections that seem to go back via Leicester, Breedon on the Hill (Derbys) & eventually back to Lincs. If there are any Lyon posters around, could they let me know please if they have any connection to Asher or Bradley families. And, as the Lyon family were probably originally Jewish, if they have any knowledge of if they came over from E Europe & when etc
