Title: Taylors in Pennsylvania mid 1940s
Post by: jansel70 on Thursday 31 January 19 00:22 GMT (UK)
Hi fellow Rootschatters,

This pic is of my wife's grandfather 1896-1992) and his wife (1913-1983) taken in Sunbury PA (we think) c1945. It is generally OK to use in a family history/photo book I'm putting together, but I can't fix the nasty tear on on the wife's jacket. The touchup feature on my scanner software is pretty basic.

I would really appreciate help from any of the marvellous restorers that feature regularly on this forum to bring this pic back to something like the original.

Many thanks .... Sel

Japeflakes, Pat and John, Thanks so much for showing all forum members your talents, and turning a damaged pic into a great memory. I really appreciate the time and energy you put into this work.
I do appreciate all that you do for us less talented folks.

And yes, John .... I’m sure Adeline is grateful for you buttoning up her shirt. I’m just amazed at what you can do with your skills!
