Good afternoon. the information I have is vague but I'm hoping that sks would very kindly look for a marriage c1758 for a Clement Salisbury, the only other info I have is that he was baptised in Hawstead in March 1738 the son of Clement & Mary.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Regards

extracted from the transcripts from the SuffolkFHS

Hi Alan. Thanks so much for the info, the marriage in 1727 of Clement is interesting, although it’s still too early to be the Clement I was originally looking for, it doesn’t help that “Clement “ is prevalent in this family.
Kind regards

Hi Rob,
I'm sorry but I missed the fact you were looking for a marriage after his bapt..
I've just looked thru seven deanery CDs of marriages in Suffolk 1754 - 1812 but failed to see
his marriage. Presumably he went to a different county.

How do you know he married? Can't see any baptisms with a father named Clement 1758-1778 nor can I see a likely burial for a Clement bc.1738.

Good evening. Thanks again Alan. In answer to your question Annette I have no idea if Clement married, like you I was unable to locate a burial record so presumed he had married? Presumption is a dangerous path so I should know better! Thanks again to you both.
Kind regards
Rob
