I'm not sure if members have discovered that the Roger Vaughan site is now back on Rootweb again. When Rootsweb took all its sites down a while ago, this really useful site disappeared and could only be accessed via the wayback machine.
Here are the new links

Apologies to those who have re-found it already.

Looks very useful, i have 2 albums of photos, so could try and date few, sadly I still won't know who they are.

Thanks for the heads-up, Gadget. Didn't know about it at all. It looks, as you say, a really useful site.
Cheers,
Peter

Update
I've tried the site links today and they're taking me to Ancestry. I can now only reach the pages via the Wayback Machine.
Does anyone know if Ancestry are taking over this photo collection
Add - Rootsweb's main page link to 'Hosted Websites' and site index takes me to Ancestry!
-
I think I must be late to the party as it looks as if Ancestry have taken over many of the old Rootsweb pages. I don't see the photo pages there though :(
-
I have a site at RootsWeb Freepages which is also unavailable, with the link going to an Ancestry page. It was working about 3 days ago, and site managers haven't been informed of any change to the service, so with any luck it's just a temporary glitch.

I hope so, Arthur, otherwise we've lost many valuable sources :-\

My site's working again now, and so are the Roger Vaughan links in the first post here. :)
-
Thanks, Arthur :) That's a relief.
Add - this is another link that I didn't give in my original post:
