Hi,
I know this is short notice but I've only just found this site. My daughter and I will be visiting Scholesmoor Cemetery tomorrow in search of family graves. We know that at least 1 person is buried there and possibly more.
Does anyone know whether the cemetery is easy to navigate :) I have a plot number, and of course a year they died, but from conversations on another site, the plot number doesn't really mean much as it could be for lots of different sections.
I looked on the Yorkshireindexers site for a map, but they keep crashing when i attempt to register.
Any help would be appreciated.

Below is the phone number for the Bradford Area Office that covers Scholemoor Cemetery.
Bradford Area Office : 01274 433900
Bradford cemeteries are open to vehicles during the following times
9.30am to 8.30pm April to September
9.30am to 4.30pm October to March
Cemetery gates/bollards will be locked when the cemetery is closed to vehicles. Pedestrian access is available at all times.
All vehicles are parked at owners risk
Try ringing them and ask about a cemetery map.
This is a link to the map, such as it is.

Did you find the information helpful? Were you able to find the graves that you were looking for?

Thanks Girl Guide,
Apologies for not writing earlier, we went to scholemoor, before we saw the first message, but the place is rather large.
We had a wander round and my daughter took some nice photo's of some of the more memorable monuments.
We will use the address you gave to write to them, we can't really hope to pay for each search, but if the people there can give us an idea or at least an area of the cemetery to look in that would mean we could go back.
Thanks again
David and Evie
