I need help to transcribe & translate this marriage Bond. Can anyone help me please?

My initial guess is, with guesses;

Noverint Universi per praesentes, Nos Edwardium
SEPHTON de Scarisbrig Fabrum Signarium et
Henricum SEPHTON de Down Holland ....
.... et firmiton obligari Rev’do in Christ .... et
domino Francisce permissiorie divina Cestrie..
Episcope.


Edward SEPHTON was a House Carpenter of Scarisbrick. As yet, I don't know his relationship to Henry of Downholland.
Apparently Francisce was the "Lord Bishop of Chester"

Unfortunately, relationships aren’t normally stated in bonds – only occupations (if you’re lucky). In this case Henry's occupation is partly obscured, and agricolam is a best guess.
