Post by: ALewis on Tuesday 05 March 19 15:26 GMT (UK)
Hi all,

Please could somebody help me to try and decipher the names of the marriage witnesses on my 3rd great grandparents' marriage parish record.

Thank you in advance. :)

I don't know what the first one is (Thomas) but he is a witness to lots of other marriages at the same church around that time (1834) so was presumably a churchwarden. The second one looks like James Jermyn.

The first one could be Thomas Prickett. He was a blacksmith in St Issells.

ShaunJ - thank you for having a look for and confirming Thomas. It's just I am trying to identify the family of my 3rd great grandmother Mary Howells. The marriage took place in St. Issells, Pembrokeshire.

Kindest regards,
