Can anyone assist please.
Looking for newspaper obituaries and if possible death certificate for:
Elizabeth Jane Porteous nee Wright
Suffered a heart attack while with a bathing party at Slippery Creek, West Sunbury, and died 1st August 1929
I have this : 3 Aug 1929 Bradford Era & Titusville Herald
Butler - Mrs Elizabeth J Porteous 61, West Sunbury, dies of heart attack while bathing in Slippery Rock creek.
Trying to find her burial place.

Woman Bather Dies.
BUTLER, Pa.. Aug. 3. Mrs. Elizabeth J. Porteous 61, of West Sunbury, died of a heart attack late Thursday as she was bathing in Slippery Rock Creek, near Slippery Rock, where she and a number of nieces were spending the day. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth and Eric Porteous of Wilkinsburg, and three daughters. Mrs. Baker and Mrs. Boyd Miles of Wilkinsburg and Mrs. Horace Hockenberry of West Sunbury.

Her husband who died 40 years later is interred Woodlawn Cemetery Wilkinsburg and has a memorial stone, but there didn't appear to be one for Elizabeth.

Glad I was able to help.
To answer you concern about where she is buried, it appears she is also buried in Woodlawn Cemetery Wilkinsburg. She is buried in section 2., same as Chrstopher.

Wow - the family!
Thank you so much.
Christopher 1868 - 1949 was my father's brother. They never met!! Christopher left for America three years before my father was born.
I visited his youngest daughter Marion in 1994 when she was celebrating her 93rd birthday!!
