You haven't given any dates.
How are these couples related to each other?
I did find a Peter Deveraux and Ellen Pendergast marriage in 1878, is it the correct couple.

Edward Morrissy and Margaret Deveraux 1886. Is this the correct couple?

Have you found all these couples in the 1901 or 1911 census?
If you have links to the census would help.

Michael and Ellen are the parents. The others are their children. Yes I have the 1901 and 1911 census. I even found marriage information I need to go further back. I have the birthdays of all of Michael and Ellen's children. However Michael (jr) born 1842 died before 1899 and I can't find death info
John born 1846 died in infancy before 1850 which I can't find and Philip born 1855 died in infancy before 1859.
Son Peter and wife Ellen Pendergast had 11 kids, 4 of which I have no death dates.
I have copies of letters written by siblings as from the late 1800/early 1900 which say things like 1 son joined army  in war 1918 wounded in France sent home them back again.

Civil registration began in 1864 and before that you are looking to Parish records.
Deaths or Burials are rarely recorded in parish records.
Have you checked parish records for baptisms?

Did any of the children die after 1864?
Civil records are here https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp

You mention four death dates for  children of Peter and Ellen - what are their names?

There are deaths of a Philip in 1898 and Mary 1881 which look good for Ellen and Peter's children.
Keep in mind people often reused names of children who had died.
Also a Patrick in 1903.

Very unlikely you will find deaths before 1864 as most RC parishes didn't keep a death register.
How do you know Michael Jr died before 1899?
People were not great at registering deaths in Ireland so it's not unusual to be unable to find a death cert after 1864.
"You need to go back further" from whom at what date? In other words what is the earlies record you have?
