Looking for sisters Mary and Frances Handcock both born Coldridge. Name is often shown as Hancock.
Parents were John Handcock and Grace Eldridge.
We know the parents sailed to Australia with two sons. Parents John and Grace Hancock had left Coldridge in England and arrived at Fremantle in 1830 with their sons, George and James. Two daughters had remained at home in England and the family were never to meet again. A third son had passed in 1812 at age 8.
They arrived on the Warrior 12 Mar 1830 based on this passenger list http://members.iinet.net.au/~perthdps/shipping/warrior.htm The Gregory family was connected to the Handcocks by marriage. Sophia was married to John and Grace's son George. More info in links on the page regarding the ship.
We have a baptism for Frances 10 Feb 1803 and for Mary 17 Nov 1807 both in Coldridge. No sign of them after that but given the info about parents and siblings leaving them behind, we assume they were alive when family sailed.
We have found a marriage for Frances Handcock to a Humphrey Drake or Dark 10 Aug 1824 in Coldridge but don't find anything to confirm parents of Frances and we have seen several Frances Handcocks listed in marriage records from Devon. A number of trees support the Humphrey Drake/Dark marriage but supporting documents are missing.
Some sources say Frances passed in Western Australia but again no support and it seems she would have reached out to family already there.
We cannot find Mary after baptism but assume she was alive when parents sailed.

A bit more information has been received about Humphrey Drake.
A number of references mention Monkokehampton, Devon, England and we have found a Christening 14 Mar 1797 Monkokehampton to a Humphrey Drake, son of Christopher and Charity Drake
In the 1851 census there is a Humphrey Drake born about 1795 Monkoakhampton, Devon living in Temperance Street Newton Abbott with occupation Malt Man but have not seen associated document to see who else is there. We believe there were the following children- Francis Drake b 1825 Rebecca Drake b 1831 Humphrey Drake b1834 and Jane Drake b1839
There is a death registration for a Humphrey Drake second quarter 1867 Okehampton, Devon.
Sadly, there are marriage records for a Humphrey Drake in Okehampton, Devon in 1840 and 1868 which do not fit Humphrey Sr's timeline as we know it and also a Humphrey Drake marriage in 1853 Newton Abbot, Devon so some possible confusion.

Thanks for the census information.
No Charity so far in christening records but given it was Humphrey's mother's name, it makes sense
Assume by 1851 she might be married and out of home. I see a hint for a marriage for a Charity Drake July 1848 Newton Abbot Devon to a William Milton but have not found a record to confirm this is the correct person. That would explain her missing from 1851 census for rest of family.
Also find a Charity Milton in some online trees with a birth location of Broadwood Kelly, Devon which matches the cousin's birthplace listed in 1851 census.
