Looking for the residents of 3 Scarisbrick Place Liverpool in 1982, is there an online search facility ?

Ancestry has Liverpool ones for 1832-1970, then FindMyPast has UK registers for 2002 onwards.
Someone might be able to do a look-up for you locally, but not me I'm afraid ;D

Do you have even one name......Scarisbrick Place is still there in Walton L11

I'll email Liverpool council Electoral Roles...i know you can view them by making a phone appointment....which is under supervision at the main library down town.....But i'm not sure if the Rolls are only current...is it only confirmation that they were there in that year your 1982.
Some sites show thw name , but then the frame freezes and your directed to a paying page....typical...I'll keep looking locally.

BT Phone book has an I Bell, 3 Scarisbrick Place in 1981
Unfortunately Liverpool Directory for 1982 isn't online, but there is no I Bell listed at that address in 1983.

I don't know, but an enquiry to Liverpool Library should tell you, they or the archives (which are partially on site at the Library) may hold them.

Street Directories only go up to 1970, you then have to view Electoral Registers, you need an address to do this.

You should be able to do this at Liverpool Central Library 3rd Floor.

Have you asked if they can do a lookup for you, even if a cost, it should be lots cheaper than to travel there. Maybe a request message in rootschat if someone could look for you when there.

No not asked however I did think that perhaps they would have given me details of a search service if they did one.
