Title: 2nd hand laptop

i bought a 2nd hand laptop to put famly tree on since i gotit im having problems with my other laptop when i set the 2nd hand one up i wonder if ive set it up wrong by pressing wrong button when i log onto my old laptop i seem to be logged on to 2 secured connections i also have problem logging on any advice appreciated

Is your problem with logging on to your laptop or logging in to Rootschat?

When you set the 2nd hand one up, did you sync it with your original one or transfer data direct from one to the other?

no i just set it up that stuff far too advanced

Is it Win 10?

If so. you need to have a password/pin to login. Did you accidentally enter one when you set it up?
