If the father died 1859, did he leave a will?

FreeBMD has a marriage of Thomas WEBB, June qtr 1844, Ledbury registration district, vol 26, p282. Caroline DAVIS is listed on the same page.
Ledbury RD included parishes in both Herefordshire and Worcestershire. PRs for those counties aren't on Ancestry, and FindMyPast has some records for H'shire and W'shire but not this one.
Could they have been RC or otherwise non-conformist? Might they have used the Register Office?

No, they were Church of England (see marriage report below). Sadly this doesn't name his father.
Worcester Journal 27 June 1844
-
Did Thomas have a sister called Christian? If so, their father was probably Thomas.
Worcester Journal 11 July 1844

If that Thomas is the father of your Thomas, this could be his death notice :-\
Added: 'Wednesday' was 14 August 1833.
Warwick & Warwickshire Advertiser 17 August 1833

I think this may be John who was with Thomas in 1841

And that could be the Thomas WEBB Esq who wrote a will on 18 January 1832 (proved 17 December 1833).
I'm no expert, but it does give his abode as 'Tiddington in the parish of Alveston in the county of Warwick'. He leaves the 'mansion House' (and other land and property) at Tiddington to his eldest son Thomas, and provides for 'my dear wife Harriet'.
The will is quite long and repetitive, but he mentions 'other children' who will have equal shares of the residue. Unfortunately those children aren't named.

Colin, I think we might have cracked it ;D
Question: Who were the parents of Thomas WEBB?
Answer: Thomas and Harriet, apparently!
Carol
-
HOLY TRINITY,STRATFORD ON AVON,
Parents Thomas and Harriet
Others: Harriet 1812, Sarah 1816, Elizabeth 1817, Mary Ann 1819, Amelia 1823.
The only Thomas Webb, father Thomas born London on family search was 9 Jul 1810, baptised 5 Aug 1810 SAINT DUNSTAN, STEPNEY, LONDON but mother Mary, so does not seem to fit?
Colin

I think you are right Carol. Maybe someone could check the baptisms for London on Ancestry OPRs.

I would Colin, but it's stupid o'clock here so I need some sleep!

HOLY TRINITY,STRATFORD ON AVON,
Parents Thomas and Harriet
Others: Harriet 1812, Sarah 1816, Elizabeth 1817, Mary Ann 1819, Amelia 1823.
Harriet(1812) is described as Thomas's SECOND daughter on her marriage (Birmingham Journal, 2 Dec 1837). And she was married by her grandfather, Rev James Davenport.
The eldest daughter is listed as Margaret Nanfan Webb, on her marriage at Kenilworth in 1840. (Coventry Standard 2 Oct 1840). She died in Dawlish in 1845, aged 34, making her born about 1810 - 1811

There is a Tiddington House in Oxfordshire, but this Tiddington House was demolished circa 1964.
The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust hold an 'Inventory of Household Furniture' left at Tiddington House, Stratford upon Avon, signed by Thomas T. Webb dated June 24th 1853.
Major General Alexander Ross Eliot Hutchinson an Indian Mutiny veteran, lived there circa 1876-1908. One of his daughters married Arthur Robert Johnstone Dewar 1869-1968.
Sir Gerard Muntz Bt. lived and died there in 1927 and Lady Muntz then leased the house to
Sir Edward Elgar in 1929. In 1931 it was sold to Richard Wedd.

@Trish,
Thanks for the reply, but my research is about Tiddington House and the name of Thomas T. Webb came up among others and finished with Richard Wedd, so I that is why I uploaded on this thread some information, just in case it might be of interest to any Webb family members.
There are some more papers about the Webb family and Tiddington House at The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust.
