Please need help with this family, helping a friend.
Peter Wood from Macclesfield married Mary Watkins on 23/11/1800 some of their children were Thomas Watkins 1805-1843 Henry Wood 1808-1886 John Wood 1814- Edwin Wood 1815-1856, they all lived in London at some point.
I would like to find a father for Peter Wood and find the connection between the Wood family and John Ryle Wood Cannon of Worcester1806-1886 his father was Samuel Wood and Sarah Ryle.
Any further information would be of help , many thanks

Peter was a "linen and woollen draper" per the Chester Chronicle of 5 December 1800. Mary was the daughter of Mrs Watkins of Watergate Street in Chester.
