Hello
Hoping the eagle eyed of you can help. Attached is an image from the 1871 census, from Glyn Hamlet, Llanelly, Carmarthenshire. Trying to work out what the surname of the granddaughter Mary Ann. She is age 9, so would have been born around 1862 if that helps. (Have also attached whole page in case it helps in deciphering)
Thank you

Thanks, a possibility. However, birth place in census is given as Llannon, but this is not necessarily correct. I will follow this up as some of there is some family association with Neath. Therefore, I think worth ordering the birth certificate. Thanks to everyone else for sorting out the surname.
Can’t obviously find her in 1881, or her death 1871-1881, presumably she got married
