The extensive Tithe Applotement Book database on the National Library of Ireland website does not include the civil parish of Kilmainham in co Meath. Do these records exist anywhere? John

The Applotment books are a mess, it may be that it is there but listed under the wrong county.
I know some places in Westmeath are listed under Cork. Spellings can also be quite challenging.

I'm not having any luck either
I was trying to have a look through Meath using this browse tool

You get lost fairly quickly

according to this Tithe location tool, Kilmainham parish Meath (https://www.swilson.info/tithelocxref.php?mode=2&tithesrch=kil*m*&tithecoid=22&modesw=1) was Tithe-free

Haven't see that tool before, nice one, and explains why it's missing.
Anyone know why a parish would be tithe free?
That reference to Lewis

some of the parishes that I've seen as Tithe Free were former Abbey lands, it looks like in this case most of the parish income was donated by an A. S. Hussey, presumably local gentry of some sort
