I am trying to locate any relatives of Deborah Adrienne East. This is a huge long shot and if I'm honest I'm not expecting much success!
Deborah East registered the death of my Great Aunt in 1978 in Maida Vale. However, I believe Deborah lived in Petersfield. My Great Aunt's name was Adrienne Alice Ward (nee Canton) and as they share the name 'Adrienne' I believe there may have been a family connection. My Great Aunt was adopted as a baby (there is a post on the London board giving more information) but I am keen to see if I can work out their connection.
I believe Deborah (nee Jones) married Sidney East in the New Forest in 1945.
I am not really sure how to try to contact her family and am hoping for some suggestions.

Using freebmd to trace possible relatives gives a possible daughter born correct area who appears to have possibly married twice and is living in Hampshire and on the electoral rolls up to 2016 at least.
Obviously cannot mention names but electoral rolls give an address.

There is a tree on Ancestry that mentions Deborah, the user name would tie in with the freebmd results and possible family on social media.

I will also try to contact the owner of the tree and see whether they can help.

Free search has a D A Jones 1919 in Devon - you would need to check record to confirm

Given the Hampshire connection later in the thread what about the marriage of Arthur G Jones and Edith M Leeke Sep qtr 1915 Andover 2c 750 (freebmd) for Deborah's parents.

Free search has a D A Jones 1919 in Devon - you would need to check record to confirm
If you are using Ancestry it has not yet been updated to include those born in 1919. Search for her parents instead, under A. G. JONES (1882) or E. M. JONES (1881).

UPDATE: I've just found Deborah's parents on the 1939 register - Deborah still redacted. I have also messaged the owner of a tree on Ancestry so hoping more information may come.

Is that occupation in 1901 'Clerk at "Gazzette" office' ?
The 'C' and 'k' are like others on page.
Possibly "The Shields Daily Gazzette And Shipping Telegraph" ?
