Did Nellie marry twice?

May married Stuart Barclay or did she?

There is a May Duly marriage to Stuart K Barclay in Jun 1938 but you would really need a copy of the marriage certificate to confirm she was the daughter of Thomas H Duly.

After May Duly married Stuart K Barclay they appear to have had 3 daughters, the eldest born 1946 Hendon and the other 2 in 1950 and 1953 in Surrey Mid Eastern.

I believe that May was born 2/8/1914 (which fits with her birth entry) - she and her husband lived in Reigate, Surrey (from electoral rolls) until at least 1962.    This looks like May's death entry:

May Barclay bc.1915, death June quarter 1963 Surrey SE.

The middle daughter married in Bristol in 1970 and looks like Stuart K. Barclay remarried there also in 1965.   Stuart Keith Barclay born 26/2/1914, died February 2007 Haywards Heath, Sussex.

Thank you all, I'd checked on BMD and found very little. You're all amazing! I am in contact with Stuart's sons do hope for some good info soon. I just don't know where or when they were born.

The sons are from the second marriage to a 'Watkins'.   Can see 2 likely births of sons in 1967 and 1970 in Surrey SE and a tree online suggests there were 2 sons from this second marriage i.e. May Duly was not their mother.

May's widowed husband married a Mary Evelyn Watkins in 1965 - one son born Sept.qtr. 1970, the Mar.qtr.1967 listed under Barclay, mmn Watkins, both in Surrey South Eastern.   As still alive, I cannot give you their Christian names but they are easy to find.

Mary Evelyn Barclay died in 1990 Bristol (she was 21 years younger that Stuart).
