Hi
My Mum was born in old smoke Down cottage at Thrupp
Farringdon,does this building still exsist ,
Also Spotted Dog cottage further down the lane
Both are near Manor Farm Thrupp
Any info appreciated even pics more so a big thank you

I can't see a Spotted Dog Cottage, but the walking map shows Spotted Cow Cottages, though I can't see that on the maps. :-\

According to the current Ordnance Survey Map Old Smokedown Cottages are located where Old Smokedown Farm used to be.

The footpath map is confusing because it is not orientated north-south as one would expect (see north point in top right corner)

Absolutley wonderful
I cant thank you enough,as i saidthis is where my Mum and twin
Brother wereborn in May 1920
Grandparents moved from farm to farm for work.
Prior to this they were in spotted dog cottage just up the lane
