no i did not, thanks.
there are 3 people but can not acess the 3rd.
-
The name of the 3rd person is visible above the black line on both Ancestry & F M P, birth date is not showing. That is all I can see.
What information do you have on Alfred & Florence apart from the 1939 register.
-
Thanks Rosie, thats all I have, just their dates of birth, thanks Margaret.
-
Please can I have conformation, and imfo on the above.
in 1939 living at 99 wellington st peterborough.
ALFRED SLACK born 11.9.1885 air watchman married.
FLORENCE HUMPREY, 24.10.1893 married.
thankyou. margaret.
-
Can you clarify exactly what kind of confirmation and info you are asking for?
Go to the next page on the 1939 entry - some info there
-
Sorry forget the word conformation, any family details you can find on this couple, trouble is 1939 is the only clue, I have.Margaret.
-
Where do either of them fit into your FH? There is obviously a reason why you are researching them
You have Alfred's full birthdate so have you looked for a birth for him on freebmd or on the 1891-1911 censuses? Only one matching birth on freebmd but death as an infant so not him
-
The earlier post by Carole suggested to look on the next page of the 1939 Register -- as she said - there is a clue there. Have you seen it please?
At the moment I can't see an official marriage between Alfred and Florence - maybe they married after 1939.
-
A Florence Humphrey of the right approx age died in Peterborough Reg District in 1940 - I wonder if that may be the correct Florence - if it is - then the couple didn't marry (which may clarify the over the page entry in 1939.)
-
Seem to be going over the same ground and asking the same questions as on your other post 2mths ago ???
Threads merged.
Will ask moderator to merge threads but you need to answer the question raised in my reply #9 re interest etc.

Jamjar
