Can someone read the cause of death for Margaret Connolly, 5th entry on page no 177 please.

A type of consumption, (TB)
Having a bit of bother with the first word probably related to phthisis.

Now that you say it I can see consumption and 4 years, she had her 3rd and last child in April 1879 must have been sick from shortly afterwards , she was only 29 when she died. RIP Margaret.

The word before consumption looks like  Phlursey to me, which sounds like pleurisy.

Your are right thanks it does look like that. His spelling is equal to his writing! ;D

That's the word, I was racking my brain for that but I just couldn't draw it out.
