I can see she married in 1896 in Norfolk to Walter Digby but cannot see which church - can you help please?
Also, any ideas how I would find out how a man who was in Essex then London would meet a housemaid working in Norwich?! Seems a bit random, no previous family connection with Norfolk at all.

These are all the areas covered by the Depwade RD which is the RD of Helen's birth

People moved around for work reasons - just as now. Walter was a brewers drayman in 1901 and they are in London in 1901

Especially when it comes to the cities during the industrial revolution. There was a huge influx of people into the cities, plus transportation networks were beginning to improve, making ordinary people much more mobile than in previous centuries.
In my tree I have an entire group of six brothers who up sticks from their tiny village in Worcestershire to go and try their fortune in Wolverhampton.

As Helen was born in Norfolk and had family there it would be quite usual for her to marry in her home area wherever she was living before
1891 she was a servant in Norfolk
but where was she from 1891 -1896 she could have been working anywhere - maybe she worked in a public house and Walter delivered beer to her place of work - possibilities are endless
They may have married in a register office - they may have been non conformist -the only way to find out where is to purchase the marriage certificate
It would be worth investing in the certificate -it should give Walter's occupation and address and Helen's address - witnesses sometimes give further clues -and it will give where the marriage took place
