Nothing on freebmd in Sept qtr 1838. I had looked for the death to get her age. There is an infant death in the same qtr - John Gibbons - born & died Sept qtr 1838 Cirencester
On the off chance he was Marianne’s son & she died in childbirth - mmn was Harland on John’s birth reg
No other Gibbons/Harland births found up to 1852

Maybe a outside chance its Marianne?
-
Maybe not as she may have married William LOCK 19 Aug 1826 Oaksey
-
Had a look at Gloucestershirebmd
GIBBONS John - Mother's Former Name: HAVILAND, 1838, District: Cirencester, Office: Cirencester, Cirencester.
Going back to the earlier marriage of Maria HAVILAND to Richard CARTER in 1826
There are a couple of CARTER - Female - 1839 and 1842 Cirencester, mother's maiden name: HAVILAND - so the marriage may not be of any use! - unless William GIBBONS didn't marry...
1861 Census, South Cerney
Richard CARTER - 59 - Shepherd - born South Cerney
Maria - 54 - born Kemble, Wilts
Eliza - 27 - born South Cerney
George - son -11 - born South Cerney
Seems there are two Maria HAVILAND's born within a year or two of each other!!!
1805: Mary Ann d of Josiah and Dinah HAVILAND - Feb 3?
Re: Dinah HAVILAND - mentioned previously. There seems to be a connection to Oaksey - - baptism 16 July 1775 - Oaksey is only about 4 miles plus from Kemble.
On the 1841 Census, Dinah is living at Kemble Wick - when Ann GIBBONS was christened 12 August 1833, residence was: Kemble Wick.
-
Going back to the 1841 Census, at Kemble Wick

-
Eliza Heinlead Bapt 4 Jul 1803 Kemble, Mother DIANA (Anc)
From memory her Burial is on FreeREG 1829 age 26 as Haviland
-
On Page 42 of Kemble baptisms
Maria(e) D : of Dinah HAVILAND - Nov 16 1806
-
Josiah HAVILAND married Dinah BROWN - 29 May 1797 at Oaksey, Wiltshire
-----
Some of the baptisms at Kemble, mention the above couple - others just mention Dinah.
There is a Public Members Tree on Ancestry :
for a baptism at Oakley - 2 April 1815,
Jane daughter of Josiah & Dinah HAVILAND - (Josiah was a labourer)....
8 June 1817 at Oakley
Anne daughter of Josiah and Dina HAVILAND -
Seems : Josiah had children baptised at Kemble and Oakley....
