You can order Marriage certificates and Forces overseas birth certificates here
https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/app_select.asp
Find my past has indexes for Forces overseas births.
-
GRO marriages here:
https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/app_select.asp
You will need the index number from FreeBMD:
https://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl
Ireland:

Thanks ,for the info,I have found baptism in Ireland still searching for a gro ref
What year was the baptism?
-
If you tell us who it is that you are looking for we may be able to give you the gro ref for the birth
-
You won't find a GRO index number for the birth as it happened in Ireland.
The GRO only deals with England & Wales. FreeBMD is where you'll find the marriage.

Thanks for the replies and the info on the actual gro references, that will help me a lot ,I have to have the actual Birth cert ,I have seen the one on Ireland genealogy about the baptism .
Many thanks again,

But that is a birth record, not a baptism record ???

Presumably this request relates to your other post and requires a proper copy of a certificate rather than an online download

You can order an official birth cert here
https://www2.hse.ie/services/births-deaths-and-marriages/get-certificates/ordering-certificates.html

Presumably it will come down to which is the cheapest ;D

You can make changes up to 24 hours of posting.
Father of one of my Irish great-aunts was a soldier in Ireland at the town barracks when he married a local girl.
