I went to open my BT email which I rarely use and on the page it said the link was outdated.
I opened the new link but now I can`t put a shortcut to it on my desktop.
I just want to be able to go directly to it without the hassle of going through my BT account.
I was using IE before but now on Firefox.
Thanks

Select the contents of the address box at the top - starting https:....
Press Control and C to copy that text to the clipboard.
Go to your desktop (Windowsbutton and D is a quick way there)
Right-click on an empty part.
Select New, then Shortcut.
Use Control and V to paste the clipboard contents into the box given, then click OK
You should then have a shortcut on your desktop which opens your usual browser at the right page. If you already have a browser open, it should add a fresh tab to it.
