Hi

I’m looking for any information on Grant Ellingford. All I can find is a birth 1877 in Plomesgate. I think that is in Suffolk sorry if I’m wrong. Any info would be greatly appreciated or any suggestions where I might find anything.

Born in Aldeburgh 1878

1901 he was stationed at Windsor in the life guards, he also was a Chelsea pensioner

Ancestry has a family tree with his name I believe

1881 he is listed as Gerard Ellingford aged 3, father  Charles a farm labourer

Supposition on my part at the moment but did he emigrate?
