Hi wondering if someone can help me locate a grave or guide me in the right direction who too contact. I am looking for my uncle Norman Edwin Bowler who died in 1947 , aged 7 . I remember being told he was buried at Broadholme Cemetery with his Gran parent's ,but they is no one longer around to confirm this for me. Thank you in advance .

Hi
This sounds like Belper Cemetery which is situated on the A6 at Broadholme just north of Belper.
You would need to contact Amber Valley Borough Council to find exactly where in the cemetery he is buried there is quite a large charge for the info.

Death details
Apr-May-Jun
Registration district: Belper
Inferred County: Derbyshire
Volume: 3a
Page: 38
Find a Grave and Billion Graves do not report any grave details.
The Bereavement services at the Council can give you the grave details ie Area and Plot number, but there will be a fee.
Cemetery Maps are usually available either online or via Bereavement Services.
Posting his details on Find a Grave and Billion Graves may elicit a response by someone in the area taking images of the grave and posting them on the memorial website. Do be warned though that there may not be any memorial.
This will give you an idea of the cemetery
