Title: William (Bill) Hopkins Navy Based in Plymouth approx 197O’s

Hi looking for any info on my dads service in the Navy based at Plymouth roughly in 1970’s. I think he was an engineer on many ships he married a woman who used to work in a cafe in Looe at the time. They had a baby (me)(Rosemary) and he left the Navy around 1975-1977.
If anyone was based on the same ships as him I would love to find out more about his time in service as he never talked about it.
