I can't find a  bp for Benjamin but have found 2bp's at Wigtoft not too far from Swineshead.
Martha Favell bp Jan 1684 d/o Anthony & Rebecah
Ellean Favel bp 28/2/1685 d/o Anthony and Rebecah

Could be Benjamin's sisters.
Best of luck

There is a baptism in Edmondthorpe (Leicestershire) - I know that it is about 36 miles from Swineshead but people did move around in the late 17th Century (I know that my Lincolnshire ancestors did at that time). The entry reads :

'Benjamin Favill, birth year 1678, baptism date 23 Oct 1678, baptism place Edmondthorpe, denomination Anglican, father's first name Antonie'

Food for thought ??

There is a burial for Anthony Favell in Wigtoft in October 1686, stating 'late Minister'

There is also a document in https://www.lincstothepast.com

Admon and Inventory - Favell, Anthony (1686)
Reference Name LCC ADMONS/1686/26
Name: Favell, Anthony
Profession: Clerk, Vicar Of Wigtoft
Place: Wigtoft, Lincolnshire
Date: 1686
Repository: Lincolnshire Archives [057]

This could explain his reason for moving from Leicestershire
