Hi all,
I've been searching through familysearch and I've found William Illman born in 1583.
I m fairly sure this is the correct entry but I cannot decipher the handwriting.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks in advance,
Neil.

it looks like William Finall the son of William Finall.

OK. Thanks ???
Original https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-D1VS-9HM?i=152
William Illman was Baptised 1st March 1583.
I could make out the March on it.

This entry begins "Item the last day of March"
On the opposite page, first entry, there is what looks like "An Ilman was buried" but there's another page on top so the rest is illegible.
On edit, going back one page:
Left side
An Ilman was buried the viiith day of June (1592)
Right side
1593
Susanna Ilman was buried the 24th of May
William Ilman was buried the 24th of August
On the next page after this, image 154, is:
Item the first day of March was baptised William Ilman the son of William Ilman of (can't make out this word, possibly Kempes?)

Thanks,
Can I confirm this is the one you mention?
To me looks like a scribble.
Thanks again :)

A bit farther down. It's the 6th item on that page.
-
OK thanks.
I think I have it.

That's the one. I couldn't tell where the elder William was from. The ending looks like -empes, and the first letter could be a K or a B (?)

There is a Kemps Farm near Balcombe.

Thanks All for you help.
