 Did Noah marry?

Noah had a son Walter abt 1840. I can’t find a marriage? Did he marry?

These dates don't tie in.  If Walter was born c1840 then his father Noah cant have been born in 1723

How do you link back to this Noah or is he a sibling of your direct line.  Do you have children that he supposedly fathered if so where and when
