Title: Latin Translation Please
Post by: Rochdalian on Wednesday 07 October 20 02:56 BST (UK)
Hi
On the attached I am interested in a translation of the entry for Elizabeth POPPLE please.
I think I have worked most of it out but I'd just like to be sure.

The register is from parish church in Wing Rutland in 1665.

Cheers & Stay Safe

Bob

It has to be read as a whole:

Mary Banes the daughter of Thomas Banes and Jane Allen the wife of the same; and also
Elizabeth Popple the first-born of Samuel [Popple? / Pouple?] and Mary
the wife of the same; were baptized the same time of the same day; namely
the nineteenth day of the month of November - 1665
