Anyone getting the same problem as I am? See piccie attached. Like a grey curtain over most parts of the screen. Started yesterday but earlier in the week it was ok.
-
Yes Jeff,no idea what it is or how to stop it.
Annoying.

I think it will go when you click on "Accept All" in the bit about cookies
-
Several other people are reporting the same on their facebook page, Ancestry reply with the usual clear cookies and try a different browser spiel but then say they are investigating.

Just tried that again ...no go!
-
I tried Accept All and it didn't work. I had an Ad Blocker running which I disabled , and then clicked Accept which fixed the problem.
-
I had it today too, it kept coming up even after I accepted cookies, I opened up the page on the other button next to it which gives you all the blurb about cookies and it disappeared.

Seems to be working ok this morning.
-
I had it yesterday and the ad blocker resolved it but had it again this morning.
Yesterday it greyed out after I had logged in but this morning it was before I could even log in.
-
I thought it was because of a Win 10 update. Yes I had the usual reply clear the cache etc, still won't work it's been three days now. Had to keep logging back in to contact them and then the mouse didn't work at all!!

I had the same problem on Friday and Saturday. No idea why.
I am using Ancestry.com, now and that seems ok.
I hope they're working on it, I prefer .co.uk

I'm on co.uk - problem started 3/4 days ago. Just did a random search in births 1837-1915. Result 17 entries and no year for any of them.
