Is anyone able to decipher the reason Herbert Pryce Bullock was discharged.
The only word i can make out is chronic.
Many thanks

Thanks Shaun.
I had to look that up to find out what it was. I'd never heard of it by its medical term.

Chronic otitis media, to be precise -- he probably had a perforated eardrum with a permanent discharge from the ear (nice!). In medical terms, "chronic" = "longstanding" and makes no reference to severity.

I had that when I was a small child. It wasn't nice.
