This appears to be the same family in 1901, although John's place of birth is listed as Shropshire.

John noted as born Selatyn, Salop on original image.

Sorry Nigel, I didn't read the subject of your post properly, I thought you were looking for any info on John.
I will have a look for death/burial
-
As he was only 47 in 1911 we are going to need more information from you. Do any of his childrens marriages say that he is deceased

I am just looking into that Rosie, great minds.... ;D
(found nothing yet though)
-
John was still living in 1919 when Joseph married Ethel May Jones
-
Did his son John marry Margaret Elizabeth Williams in 1924? If so the father John is not noted as deceased.

I have come up with nothing but even with a date how can I find the burial location
-
Have you looked for John Morris and/or his wife Mary on the 1939 Register?
Nigel, you will get more people able to help if you post the information you already have. As jonw65 pointed out, not everyone has access to FindMyPast.
Here's a link to the 1911 census on Familysearch for anyone trying to help

For some reason you have left off the four youngest children on the 1911. They are Thomas (1902), Catherine (1904), Maggie (1906) and Fabby (1910).
I wonder if Fabby was a pet name for Phoebe?
Do you know what Mary's maiden name was?
-
Phoebe sounds a match I have a feeling the maiden name could be Burgess or Jones sorry if this a little vague have been trying for weeks to get answers its a lot harder working forward than it is going back all I need really is a burial loc for John thanks btw
-
If it is Jones then there is this birth record
MORRIS, PHOEBE JONES
GRO Reference: 1909 D Quarter in OSWESTRY Volume 06A Page 624
Nothing comes up with a maiden name of Burgess.
-
I see from the 1911 that John and Mary had 13 children, 9 of whom were still living and four who died.
I can well imagine how frustrated you are getting as with a name like Morris finding the right one becomes a very tricky endeavour. :-\
-
The 1921 census may help but that's a little way off for now
-
Oswestry is in the right area BTW
-
additional information has come to light John Morris b1865 d1942 aged 77 was living at 2 Bron Berwyn Cefn RD Denbighsire would parish registers give me the burial location?
-
You may like to try the Clywd Family History Society to see if they can help with his burial place at all.

If you click on the About Us tab there is a list of the people who run it. Perhaps try emailing the Secretary. No idea if anyone is monitoring their emails due to the pandemic. There is also a phone number but again no knowing if anyone is answering that.
