Whilst searching by forename only, I see many people with forename Kitchener probably named after the well known 1st Earl Horatio Herbert, [mostly births 1898-1917]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbert_Kitchener,_1st_Earl_Kitchener.
I was additionally surprised to find the HAMPSHIRE middle name, this being the name of the RN ship upon which he died 5th June 1915.
I wonder if there are any other examples of forenames denoting a place of death [or birth].
[I have just seen 165 other HAMPSHIRE middle names!]

My grandfather's middle name was Simla.
My investigations lead me to the conclusion that he was named after his godfather, also a Simla, who had been a missionary in that town in India.
Not actually a birthplace or death place, but close :)
