I need a little help in understanding a burial record from 26 January 1939 in Barnet, London. I am only interested in entry 47132 but I have scanned the previous one as well just give some more context.
1. Do the two lines
**** ***** Mills 14/7/49
Head ?erbs on Ldy ?Mills? 27/3/39
belong to 47132 or to entry 47131.
What might these lines mean?
2. Register number
I read this column as: 47132 in do H5 (M)
What do the words "in" and "do" mean and to what might "(M)" refer?
3. Name, &c.
I need help with the lines between Redhill and Ronald which I read as:

?Willy? Hendon
7H H5 11W. 44882. 11W4N 45984 1/4
To what do the numbers refer?
4. Interments
Does this column relate to other people who were buried in the same grave, with the date of that burial being 23-10-42.
5. Items
Can someone help with the missing entries in this column which I read as:
Ground, Digging, Fee, ****, ****, ****, Mats

This is difficult to read. Have you thought about contacting Barnet council and asking for an explanation of the information that is on the record?
Some of it is obviously references of some kind.
I would suggest that Margaret died 'in' Redhill Hospital and the word in has ended up in the left hand column.
I think the do is meant to indicate ditto for the word above, so 'in' Red whatever the word is after.
You don't state where Margaret was buried, so could Willy be shorthand for the burial ground in Hendon?
Is Ronald the owner of the grave hence his name appearing on there? Is the address 2 Holders Hill Drive, Hendon perhaps?
I would strongly suggest that you contact Barnet and ask if they can explain the meaning of the numbers etc on this burial record.

Redhill Hospital used to be the Workhouse and then it became Edgware Hospital.
My hubby was born there in 1950 and I had my tonsils out there in 1958.

I'm guessing Red followed by Cem - ("do" = in) Redhill Cemetery?
I would think the numbers indicate the exact location of the grave - the middle group have W & N - maybe geographical bearings? We turned up at a cemetery to look for a grave & a very helpful chap took us to his little office/shed where he got out the book for the year we wanted & I think he checked some kind of reference then took us straight to it.
Your query no 4 could that be the name of the gravedigger? Cemetery superindent at the time? J O C Rutland?

I think belong to 47131 above, so not relevant.
Under the address / place of death (Redhill Hospital here) they seem to be writing the name of the officiating minister.
So Rev rather than Red? (edit - but is it a name after, and why the dashes?)
Under that the undertaker (some say Co op), so that is Willy?
