It is Latin. A few words are skated over, and I’m not certain about all the surnames, but this is the gist of it ...

9. Sabnatah
On the 23rd day of November, the announcements having been made – the first on the Feast of the Annunciation, the second on the 22nd Sunday and the third on the 23rd Sunday after Pentecost – whilst Solemn Mass was being celebrated, and with no canonical impediment found, the above-named [the minister] joined in solemn marriage the most respected young man Valentin Laijrovitz, lawful son of Paul Laijrovitz and his wife Mary/Maria, both deceased, of this parish, and the most respected maiden Anna, lawful daughter of Paul Pribasnigg, of pious memory, and his wife Ursula, [...], they having both given their mutual consent, in the presence of witnesses Martin Habernigg, lawful son of Philip Habernigg of this parish, and John Uratnigg[?], lawful son of John Uratnigg[?].
