Hi
I'm looking for information on Mary who emigrated from England in 1922. She travelled with her husband Arthur and they settled in Pennsylvania. He died in 1930 due to a car crash.
I would like to find out whether she remarried, and who she married please?

She married Stephen Prebish in 1943.

Hi Sandra, Thanks so much for the information regarding Arthur Roachford and LaDonnie Sorenson. I wasn't sure who this lady was until I looked back on the 1901 census where I knew her as Emma Jackson. She was my grandmother's sister. Do you have any idea when she came through Ellis Island as I can't seem to find her? Also, do you have any info on when and where she was married and how many times she was wed? I remember her coming to the UK sometime in the 1960's, she suffered with Dementia and was lost in London Heathrow airport, my parents had to travel from Wales to get her. Any information would be great

Thanks for all the info you sent Sandra, there's loads I wasn't aware of. It's strange she was only married to Fred for a short time. Divorce was a rare thing years ago
