Freereg has a burial for a Thomas Greene at Elm on 24 Apr 1636 and another 20 Aug 1658, why do you think that 'your' Thomas came from Elm. It also has the Thomas Greene /Isabel marriage and a marriage in 1617 for a marriage between a Thomas Greene & a Rose Younges.
Rose 'wife of Thomas GREENE' was buried 20 Mar 1635/6

I took it from his marriage to Isabel in Elm.
But I have recently found the following
Son Thomas jnr DOB 9 Oct 1636, Bap St Alphage, Greenwich,Kent

That baptism only gives a fathers name. I just wondered how you had connected a Cambridgeshire marriage with a Kent baptism, did Thomas & Isabel die in Kent.

Thank you, I can see that Thomas Greene was baptised at Greenwich in 1636 but as I mentioned earlier it only names his father. How do you know that his mother was Isabel.

Sorry, I don't understand why you have picked the North Cambridgeshire marriage of a Thomas Green(e) when you have no evidence of his wifes name from his childrens baptisms or later information. There is a marriage at St Alphage in 1633 of a Thomas Greene and Elizabeth Downinge wouldn't that be more likely though it would need further research by you.
