Hello,

Richard ROUND's parents were James and Mary Ann ROUND (nee McDOUGALL).   He had 5 brothers /sisters: Mary Ann (b1838), John (1849), Duncan (1850), Daniel (1853) and Harriet Jane (1858).

I can find no trace of him after the 1851 Census, except for his prison record which ends with his release from Parkhurst Prison on 06/04/1861 (one day before the 1861 Census).   Can anyone help with details please??

There are two deaths in 1914:
ROUND Richard age 74, Jun qtr 1914 Dudley vol 6b p1068
ROUND Richard age 76, Sep qtr 1914 Dudley vol 6b p959

Looking at births in Dudley for Richard ROUND there is one in 1838 (matching the age of the Sep qtr 1914 death) and another in 1842 (your Richard).  Could the Jun qtr 1914 death be your Richard?  An age error of two years would not be impossible.
