Could someone please suggest a date for this wedding. If anyone knows who these people are it would be a bonus. I recognize Walter James Lloyd and his wife Ellen nee Clements, also Sidney Faithorn Abbott, his wife Ellen Maud nee Lloyd and their daughter Ellen Anne Abbott.
The photographer was C J Sharp, 84 Upton Lane, Forest Gate, Essex. On the reverse is written to dear Nellie and Sid from Frank and Maudie.

Thank you Carol, I thought it probably was but wondered if it just crept into the 1930’s. It is a lovely photo, I think I will repost elsewhere on here and see if anyone recognises anyone. I’m just not quite sure where to put it as the family who I think it belongs to lived Forest Gate, Stratford, Poplar and Romford - maybe Essex would do it! Thanks again, Sandra

I must admit I always look at the background of a picture, even on television I look at the background, can be interesting sometimes

Hoe old do you think Ellen Ann(e) Abbott is and was she married then do you think in this photo?

Possible birth date of Ellen Anne Abbott, MMN Lloyd 1904, so how old do you think she was in this photo, might give you a clue as to the year of marriage, might narrow it down a bit
