Good Evening all, would like to connect to ancestors that are familiar with Sarah Whaley (nee Wheatley) Convict birth around 1756 according to her record on the Old Bailey Web Site, 43 years old Tried At Croydon Surrey Assizes in the year 22/7/1799 came out to Australia onboard the vessel Speedy, she was given a life Sentence. On arriving she had 3 children to a Samuel Sandell, (also a Convict) a son named Samuel baptised in 1800, daughter, Sarah baptised in 1802 and another daughter Mary 1804 at St. Johns Church Parramatta New South Wales. I have posted this family on the Australian Board, but would like to find out her background more, I know she married a Benjamin Whaley on the 1/7/1787 St. Savior Newington Surrey. I have downloaded a few records from the Old Bailey Web Site. :-[ Not sure on her burial date their appears to be a few of them. :-\
